Bristol Patient Safety Conference is an independent, annual event, with support from West of England Academic Health Science Network (WEAHSN) SWAHSN and NHS Resolution. This year Dr John Dean, Clinical Director for quality improvement and patient safety at the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) will be speaking on A multi-professional approach to medicationsafety.
The national poster competition attracts entries nationally. Judges will be looking for examples of innovation, joint working and proven outcomes. If your entry is short-listed you will be invited to create and print a poster for display at the Bristol Patient Safety Conference on 15th May 2019 and will qualify for a discounted delegate rate of £159.
